Cat Pajamas
Seeing stacks of pajamas on clearance everywhere has been making me very wanty, but I kept reminding myself of the stacks of fabric I already had at home. I also reminded myself that no commercially made pajama pants are going to be long enough once I wash them!
The tee had seen better days and was already residing in the "wear around the house" pile, so I added a cat face applique.
Ah! Custom pajama pants! I used Simplicity 7092 and added three inches to the length, so they'll be good and long and keep my ankles warm!

Oh, those jammies are the cat's pajamas!!! (Are you groaning yet?! ;-) )
Seriously, those are very cute and they sure look comfy too!
Very cute! On another note... my Google reader didn't update me again. Thought you might want to know in light of yesterday :)
Hmm, 2Wee. My reader updated me. Anyone else have a problem?
Sorry! I was just coming back to say it came thru just a tad slowly. (with bag over head now, I'll slink back to lurkdom ;)
Cute pjs!!! I saw the pic on WR before I saw who posted and just knew those cute pjs had to be from you.
I really like these. My PJs are starting to be embarrassing so I should really follow your example and make myself something cute. Thanks for the inspiration!
2Wee, I AM SO RELIEVED!!!!
Oh, I LOVE those pjs!
I'm a [relatively] newbie at sewing. Where do you find fabrics that aren't too expensive? There are a lot of "fancy" fabric stores, mostly for formal wear and upholstery around here, but no regular ones. I'm wondering if you find most of your stuff online?
LOVE the jammies - and LOVE that my Reader is working for you site again. YAY!
Love the pyjamas - they're the cat's whiskers!!
Too cute. I'm ashamed to say I just bought two pairs of jammy pants, t-shirts and even bunchy socks on clearance.
Very cute PJ's!
