Creative Hands - Handy Handbag
Look familiar? I mean if you take away all the fringe and the opera glasses? Yep, it's that handbag with the slip-through handle! And you thought we invented that idea in this century!

Hi,
I have a lovely 1970's handbag book with that shape in it. I also bought my daughter a mini bag in Italy with the same handle idea. Ideal for putting on your bicycle handle as it does not slide off when moving along. Silly bit of info but thought you might like to know. Has your creative hands books got anything interesting on crochet? Big in the 70's. After reading your last few posts I dug out my books I mentioned last time and some of the crochet would be fashionable now.
