Oh Tannenbaum!

So, this is pretty much The Tree. I still have a box or two of balls to hang, mostly to fill in on the sides and back to give it more dimension. Thanks to my mom for running down with several additional boxes of ornaments! I've never done the big tree all in glass, so I was running a little short.

As long as that tree skirt is there and the lights are plugged in, Isabella's happy place is under the tree. She's my little pudding!

I don't know which I like better...the tree or the cat!! And THAT'S amusing me even further because I'm so NOT a cat person!

Your baby looks SO cuddly!!

it's ~gorgeous~!!

Mine is only decorated from the middle up. It's very, VERY sorry looking. Maybe next year my baby won't be so interested in the ornaments.... (yeah, right!)

Lovely tree! That's just where I expected her to be! Ours insist that the tree lights be on.

very pretty!

by the way, this is not a blog comment, but could you recommend a good book for Christmas for my niece? She is 8, but according to my sister, not quite ready for books like the Paddington series. I want something with chapters and maybe pictures too? I love reading but am having a brain fart when it comes to this. Thanks...my email is linked to my name.

Aw, Nomee, thanks! She is cuddly looking, isn't she? Like a little bear!

Care--thank you. The reason your tree is only half decorated makes it beautiful too. :)

Meredith, I'm sure she'd like it if I kept the lights on 24/7!

Christy, I'll email this to you as well, but how about Ivy and Bean?
