I guess it wasn't too hard to figure out that the clothes are for a trip and the destination is... MARRAKECH! I have dreamed about going to Morocco since I was a teen, when a spread in Seventeen magazine was set there and featured all these exotic clothes in beautiful shades of blue. I wish I could find a copy of that magazine.We are actually spending most of our time in Spain, but the proximity to Morocco proved too tempting this time, and I started to investigate a little side trip. Thanks to some very inexpensive plane tickets and a well-recommended place to stay, we decided to take the plunge!

oh lucky you! Please post pics. I've never even been out of the country not even to Canada. And now you have to have a passport which I dont have so probably will never go. :(
Oh I am SO jealous!!! I would love to go there! I just watched a Jamie Oliver show called Jamie Does Marrakesh and it was AMAZING!!! Have a fantastic time!
by the way, I got the books today! Thanks so much, I love them! The one titled about the doll made me laugh! =)
Have you read A YEAR IN THE WORLD by Frances Mayes? Read it before your trip or take it with you. I think it is paperback now - it came out in '07. I felt like I had been to Spain and al the other places. She and her husband rented a house in the Casbah for a couple of weeks. You will love it, I hope.
