Paws for Greens

I know Isabella has many fans at Darling Petunia, so I couldn't resist sharing this video I made for my CSA blog with all of you over here. We found out about her love of green stuff back in 2008 when we first signed up for the CSA. We would put our bags down on the floor, and Isabella would help herself to a taste of this, a bit of that, whatever her heart desired.

Now that our Is has been diagnosed with iabetes, we have to pay close attention to what she eats. This is a treat we can let her enjoy without worrying!

My cat BooBooKitty LOVES anything green. That being the reason for this houseplant-free house I live in! He doesn't stop until all green is gone!
I grow him cat grass (wheat grass) and give him clippings everyday. They say "just plant it and cats will nibble the grass" but my cat pretty much eats it down to the roots if I let him at it.
I keep a cute little planter outside and trim some onto a little plate for him everyday. I really think that it has helped with the hairball situation.
Now, if I could just get my dog to stop trying to eat the cat grass from the planter...

I thought my Giblet (dog) was strange to like bananas so much.
