Spree!

One day of 70-degree weather was enough for me...time to go shopping for new clothes! This is just some of what I brought home. Grand total: $29, which is kind of a lot for me, but it does include a coat, and I couldn't pass up that skirt. The berry-colored top had a label I'd never heard of...Dialogue? Turns out it's from QVC. Not somewhere I'd normally look for clothes, but you know what? It's really nice, pima cotton and cut well. That's one thing I love about thrift shopping--you get to see a huge variety of stuff in one place!

The printed jacket in the upper right hand corner needs to be taken in a little, but it looks like an easy fix. If all else fails, it has four beautiful buttons I can use for another project.

That skirt looks fantastic! I'm envious of you for finding such a pretty pattern. Great buys!

Ah this reminds me I'm about due for a trip to Savers. The funny part is though that I always find stuff for the wrong season. So if I go now I'll probably find a bunch of wool sweaters. Still worth it though!

Nice finds, especially the jacket!

Becca, in certain stores, I deliberately look for the off season stuff, because the selection is always better. Besides, knowing you, you could probably turn a wool sweater into a bathing suit or something!
