Creative Hands - Clothespin Apron
"You won't look dreary on wash day in this cheerful apron." No, but it will look like it's Christmas all year 'round! I'm not thrilled with the color scheme, but I like the basic idea of the top layer forming the pocket. The instructions call for just 3/4 yard of each fabric, so it's a good project for remnants or pricier designer fabrics.
And don't worry...I won't try to make it into a skirt!

This looks nifty. I made a couple similar from A is for Aprons, but I like the shape of this pocket on the one you've found much more. Can't wait to see the final results.
OH, i totally need this. Unfortunately, I haven't yet started on my cooking apron yet.
I made myself a clothespin apron based on the pattern in Mother Earth News. I think it's called an "European Clothespin Apron." Anyway, it has made my life so much simpler! If you haven't made yours yest check out their pattern. It seems a like the pocket entry is a little more user-friendly maybe?
I am more intrigued by the print the lady is hanging on the line. What in the wide world of sports IS it?
Oooo, I really need one of these, it's such a pain sometimes to hang up my clothes. Thanks for the idea!
