Tigger the Tagger

Julie from Red Hen Studios tagged me the other day. At first I couldn't even figure out what she was talking about! Oh yeah, TAGGING.

So here are the rules:
1. Link to the person that tagged you, and post the rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post, and include links to their blogs.
4. Let each person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

Seven random or weird facts about me. Hmm. I am pretty random and weird sometimes, so this should be no problem.

1. I have been a vegetarian pretty much all my life. I guess I ate some meat-based baby food, but then one day I just stopped. My poor nana was the one feeding me when I decided I was through with meat. You can see how thrilled I was to be near this turkey on Thanksgiving. I'm eyeing it like it might come back to life and throw ME in the oven.

2. When I went away to college, I had no idea I had to go to the bookstore and buy my textbooks. I'm surprised they even let me in.

3. I once went to five Elvis Costello shows in four days.

4. Everything happens to me late. I had the chicken pox when I was 26, and I still had a baby tooth up until last year. I'd still have it, too, but I asked the dentist to pull it. Then I had to get braces at the age of 39!

5. I buy expensive shoes. Of course the bad news is that I have giant feet and a bunion, so they're all flat mary janes.

6. Gerry and I got married by a justice of the peace on a random Tuesday morning. Then we went to Target.

7. My favorite food is french fries. I even take pictures of particularly memorable ones!

Now to tag seven other bloggers. Who should I hit up?

Now I'm sure some of you have already done this, but come on, be a sport, play along! If you didn't currently have a "7 Things" post on your front page, I considered you fair game. We can all share another seven, right?

I think I might talk to you about my 6yo's sudden aversion to meats, lol.

I am in love with french fries as well! My husband was laughing at me because he says I always eat them last - well, I have to save the best for last. It gets a little sad when the main reason I go to fairs anymore is for the french fries. :|
Love reading your blog! Thanks for the fun posts :)

Stephanie, I always save the best looking fries for last, but I have to protect them, or else my husband will swoop in and eat them out from under me. He says it's not on purpose, but....
